About the event
We will meet at the large tent in the middle of the park at 5:00 pm to serve food to VIPs. Dinner will be served from 6:00 - 7:00ish, dependent on the crowd. Once the majority of VIPs have been served the volunteers will take shifts to enjoy dinner. Volunteers will be expected to help clean up the VIP tent before leaving for the evening.
Please be sure to add your t-shirt size unless you will be wearing your own logo wear!
